Cinnamon Rolls~ my mommies :-D

Heat 2 cups of milk & 1 cube of marg until WARM
Dissolve 2 pkg yeast in 1/2cup warm water with 1 tsp. sugar
Pour warm wilk in mixing bowl add yeast mixture 2 tsp salt,
1/2 cup sugar, 3 cups flour & 2 eggs
Add about 4 more cups flour until dough is dry enough to handle. Set in warm place & let rise until double, about 1/2 hr. Punch down let rise again.
Turn out onto floured board (or counter ) and kneed several times. Roll out into rectangle spread with butter. Mix 2 Tablespoons cinnamon and 1 cup sugar. Spread over on top butter. Roll up starting at long edge cut into rolls. Place in greased pan. Let rise about 1/2 hr. 350o for 10 min
For the cream cheese frosting I use 8oz cream cheese softened, 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup powder sugar I like mine sweet :-D

2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
3+4 cups flour
2 eggs
butter (2Tbsps ish)
2Tbsps cinnamon
1cup sugar

  1. I heart cinnamon rolls ... especially the ones made from scratch! It takes forever, but it's SO worth it.
